ok like finally i've decided to blog about my thailand holiday. hahaha i think its gonna be long? yikes but i'll try to keep it short k.
um so like left here on the plane um around 1735hrs? yea reached thailand around 1840hrs thai time la. then took taxi to baiyoke sky hotel (oooh apparently its the tallest thailand tower. yea the whole thing around 84storeys) haha the taxi driver damn funny la sum kinda joker. then he was like saying how oni 4 days in thailand is "little little bit (with hand actions lol)" yea its true la but heck we oni had 4 days so ok lor. haha then we reached hotel he gave us his namecard and since he was a nice guy, we asked him to pick us up from hotel on sunday to bring us to airport haha yea.
the hotel was pretty much ok la. the rooms were pretty beeeeg haha. then um yea put our stuff then go down cuz like outside our hotel itself alrdy got night market!! so fun! hahaha so wad else? walk around la. oh ate dinner at sum 'maedah restaurant' or sth liddat yep food not bad la. and mind you, stuff in thailand = freaking cheap. from clothes to souvenirs to food to taxi fare. hahaha crazy la can. so walk around i didnt buy anything go up hotel watch world cup. hahaha
nxt day woke up breakfast at the hotel's um sky cafe i think thts the name. yeaaa on the 78th storey. hahaha then eat go back room change and let go of wadeva we have (u should know wad i mean) then go out. took cab to mbk (haha maboonkrong? not sure how its spelt i dun care =p) 40bahts!!! hahahaha thts like not even 2 singapore dollars la can. u cant get that kinda cab down here lol. so um shop shop i bought 2 tshirts then sum world cup small cute glass at swensens (me and my sis bought haha) and summore tees i think. yea me and my sis were going crazy! hahahaha ooooh i bought carebears boxers!!! so cute!! but like carebear boxers. with spider-man waistband o.O lol heck its still cute.
then walked over to um wadeva that place was called la the one connected to mbk yea. bonanza mall or sth liddat. uhhuh walk walk then i bought like a jacket there. 650bahts! hahaha omg around 20+? yea then walk walk summore got soooo much to see laaa. and buy of cours haha =p then walked to um siam centre yea its sorta like singapore's um raffles city shopping centre? or centrepoint? yea pretty up-market stuff la. no fakes. hahaha go there just walk around. i didnt buy anything there i think. then walked to siam paragon which is beside siam centre and like waaaah thts like singapore's paragon. yeaaa reli high class stuff. hahaha we found jim thompson down there. for those of you who know who that is or wad the brand is, good for u. for those who dun, do ur research. haha. my sis bought bag my mum buy bag oso i think? mebbe not. haha not sure. then we had lunch/dinner there ah got sum muslim stall. yea the chicken rice was damn damn damn nice!!! for 50baht! 2bux. hahahaha siaooo.
went back hotel bathe and stuff then went out again. wanted to go to platinum fashion mall. yea so walked there oni to discover it to be closed. and it was oni like um 8.30pm there? yeaaa we soon realised that sum shopping centres there close damnnnn early. so we walked back slowly to hotel then went to the night market again. hahah this time i bought a pair of slippers. damn funkaye slippers ah. go back hotel wahahaha quite tired la but watch soccer and yea sleep. oh hbo oso hahaha cuz the teevee at the hotel got hbo.
nxt day wake up wad day ah? oh yea saturday. breakfast and stuff then took cab to jim thompson's house/museum. yep he built his house there la then he disappeared in dno wad year. but i know he disappeared on my bday! haha ok biggie. yea first we went to the shop there la. my dad bought tees um my mum buy bag? i think?or sum small pouch thingy. my sis bought sum book then i bought sum elephant soft toy thingum. yea cute la. then we went into the house/mueseum. woahhhh damn damn nice la! must go for those who havent been there. my mum was looking for thai silk la but they didnt have it at the shop there then they said they had silk at their main store (sumwhere else la. si lom or sth along that line) then we left.
we didnt go chatuchak, the weekend market most ppl go to cuz we scared rain ah wait troublesome so yea. heck ah we went back to mbk cuz the previous day we didnt walk around the whole place. like the first 2 or 3 levels oni. hahaha so we went back there to continue. i bought like um 2 polo tees. then i bought a scooby doo and ninja turtles boxers. lol wanted to buy the muay thai boxer shorts but ex ah >< haha then walk walk walk buy stuff here and there. then we walked to um oooh siam discovery centre. yea sorta like those upmarket kinda place too. the first shop i saw when we entered was this music shop. like omg its soooooo cooooool. like they had tons of guitars! and not only that, they had drumsets and other percussions oso la!!! and the best part of their guitar collection, they had like one whole wall of bc rich guitars!!! when i saw i was like omg i nearly fainted. hahaha. then walk summore then went to platinum fashion mall.
we reached like around 5.45 la then we walked around a while like at 5.50 sum shops start to close rdy o.O hahahaha heck we just walk walk then i bought another jacket. its niceeee i like >< haha then my mum and sis bought sum small long purse thingy. haha like they bought alot. lol then we went back hotel um didnt go anywhere. lol just went down for dinner and back up. hahaha. of course soccer la. lol
the last day of our trip um we eat then go down thot wanna walk around the shops nearby the hotel (got sum indra regen square or sth liddat which close early oso) since they were open. then we step out of the hotel like woahhhh the night market area got tents pitched up la! like hell loads and they covered the whole road. and we realised it was a sunday market thingy. like woahhhh super coool. so like we didnt go chatuchak oso nvm la. haha so we walked around the market then me and my sis went into sum tshirt shop. those bands tee la yea i bought um the used and iron maiden then my sis bought sum other tee la. haha i wanted to buy more but they didnt have nice designs and quite a few of their nice ones no stock lol. wasted la.
then around 12+ we went back up to check out left our stuff at concierge then took a cab to the jim thompson main store at silom there yea my mum went to buy her thai silk and wadnots. then we went to shop summore at that indra regen square. hahahaha we can never get enuf of shopping >< haha i need to go there summore!
ohhhh but but i wanna cry! i didnt get to eat pad thai!!! ahhhhhh wad a waste! nvm nvm who wanna go siam kitchen eat wimme? hehh >< just to satisfy my cravings. hahaha
haha omg this is one hell of a long entry =p
ahhh stupid england. stupid beckham. darn them. and ahhhh crappppp holland out! i damn sad!!! but nvm la still got germany =))
