sigh i still havent gotten over the fact that we lost to pool. and the fact that smith is injured. wth.

but yea manu played lacklustre football yesterday. midfield was crap la. and i was telling hab how i hated our lineup >< waddaheck giggs and richardson in the centre with ronaldo on left flank and fletcher on the other??? i mean the best manu midfield that we can get today would be ronaldo on the right giggs on the left fletcher in the centre with scholes. yep with park and smith interchanging here n there.
defence was a total blowhole la with ferdinand missing. and brown was yikes. while silvest was neither here nor there.
sigh nowadays our midfield is damn jinxed la. scholes then now smith. i swear i was having sum sick feeling in my stomach watching the replays of how alan smith slid and got his leg underneath him. and i had this low feeling like damn sad ah seeing how smith was like going crazy on the field.
sure losing smith is a big blow. he's been a pretty influential player since settling down in his holding midfield role. its pretty big if u ask me. for a change from striker to holding midfielder. its a big move definitely. and yea he's getting stronger by every match. i would dare say that he had a chance for world cup. damn he'll be sorely missed by manu. and to think i thot it was bad enuf when i twisted my ankle in sec2? or was it last yr? and now smith having a broken leg AND dislocated ankle. scary man.
now im worried for our cup final against wigan =/
on a lighter note, yesterday's late night convo was crazy (: but i loved every moment of it. you know who u are ;)
