today marks the end of the leadership workshop. wahhaa. today was better than yesterday though the hours are still pretty long ah. 7 hours. giler...
yea basically we learnt the 5practises of a good leader la. based on uh book written by kousez and posner. yeps 2 guys who erm researched i think about the habits and stuff of good leaders all around the world.
my deepest sympathy goes out to all english football fans. the FA should reli just get rid of sven. he's starting to look like a doofus out there. i saw the reactions of the angry englishmen who were against sven continuing as coach of england. is he nuts or wad?? play 4-5-1 in a QUALIFIER! not a friendly ah. wth. its like experiment formation u use during a QUALIFIER. wth. now their nxt 2 games are like die die must win. hah.
i think sven is under heavy influence of beckham la. i mean 4-5-1 and then u put beckham right smack in the middle of everything. like waddahell?!?! a defensive central midfielder = beckham?? u must be nuts or sumthing. the only thing beckham does all day if u noticed since last time, is just get the ball cross into the box. get the ball cross into the box. oh and not to mention. shoot penalty kicks way over like he's kicking a conversion for rugby. lolx.
