shuttle run- (A grade) 9.8s (lolz so slow oso still can get A. tyco)
sit & reach- (C grade) 36 cm (erps i've never been good at this)
standing broad jump- (D grade) 208cm (kaoz...)
2.4 run- (D grade) 12.15mins (i think i crap too much with my frens ready)

k lar jus now sch wasnt so bad. i think. hahaha. malay as usual keep having work thrown at us by cikgu. then pe ran 2.4 yea.... then history watched video on russian revolution. haha yeps it was a gruesome vid. physics was erm fun. hahaha cuz andrew lim had to leave early cuz he had to prepare for our cle talk which was the nxt period and he was our year head. so yea. then cle talk had this danish guy frm the danish embassy come talk to us about denmark. coolios ah. haha then he said sum danish words. kaoz so hard to pronounce. and its like one word can mean so many things. hahaha.
haiz. so our u17 season is over. got 3rd. kinda sad. but yea we worked our hearts out. be it pre season training (all the crap we went thru) or the matches. yea victory felt so good everytime. oh wells there's still nxt yr's u17 season for me. yeps me and my batchmates. whee. we're gonna work hard. yepyep. lolz. dah lar i dunno wad to blog ready. oh yea! this weekend. standard chartered singapore 7s!!! yea!!! haha kaez
